Rachel F. Phillips Flamm is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office.
As a member of the Firm’s Tax Department, Rachel focuses her practice on federal income tax matters with particular emphasis on advising domestic and international clients on taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate restructurings, cross-border joint ventures and finance transactions.
While in law school, Rachel was a notes development editor for the New York University Law Review.
She is admitted to practice in New York State and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Tax Section.
