Jake Townsend is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Chicago office. He is a member of the Corporate Department.
Jake focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and general corporate representation. His experience includes mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, private equity and venture capital financing for a broad range of private and public clients. He also provides continuing general corporate legal advice to a number of the firm’s clients.
Jake is admitted to practice in Illinois.
