Tonya Wilkes Moore is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Chicago office. She is a member of the Employee Benefits Department. Tonya advises clients on a wide variety of qualified plan issues.
Prior to joining McDermott, Tonya served as a law clerk for a Wisconsin-based law firm and for the Wisconsin Department of Justice. In addition, she worked as a consultant for ABN AMRO Trust Services Company and the Principal Financial Group in Chicago. Tonya is a member of the Employee Benefits Section of the Chicago Bar Association and serves on the Executive Compensation Committee. Tonya serves as the chair of the Women of Color subcommittee of the Firm, is a member of the Firm's Gender Diversity Committee and the Racial and Ethnic Diversity Committee. Tonya is an officer of the Black Women Lawyers' Association of Greater Chicago, Inc.
She is admitted to practice in Illinois and Wisconsin.
