Stanley H. Meadows, P.C., is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in its Chicago office.  He is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department and a member of the Firm’s Management Committee.  As a member of the Firm’s Corporate Finance Group, Stan focuses his practice in public and private offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. 

In recent years, Stan has spent considerable time representing acquirers of financially distressed companies and lenders and debtors in negotiating debt restructuring, health care companies in joint ventures, and insurance and energy companies in acquisitions, debt financing and public offerings.
