Bronwyn D. Andreas is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's New York office. Her principal areas of practice include joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, project finance, and corporate finance. She also has experience in corporate governance issues, private equity transactions and registered and capital markets activities.
Bronwyn advises U.S. and foreign companies in the formation of joint ventures (including limited liability companies and limited partnerships), mergers and acquisitions, project development and finance and general corporate matters.
Bronwyn has served as a consultant to GE in their transactions and finance group.
