J. Jordan Scott is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Boston office.
Jordan focuses his practice in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, corporate financings and other matters of general corporate and securities law.
While at Boston University School of Law, Jordan was the Note Development Editor for the Boston University Law Review. He also was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
