Emilie A. Hendee is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. She is a member of the Trial Department, specializing in labor and employment law.
Prior to joining McDermott, Emilie was a summer associate in McDermott’s Summer Program and at a North Carolina law firm.
During law school, Emilie served as a judicial extern for the Honorable James A. Beaty of the Federal District Court of North Carolina. She observed criminal and civil trials, prepared memoranda on pending motions and drafted opinions. Emilie was also a member of UNC’s Invitational Moot Court Team.
Emilie is admitted to practice in New York.
