Joanna C. Kerpen is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's Washington, D.C. office. She focuses her practice on a variety of employee benefits tax and ERISA matters related to 401(k) plans, pension plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation.
While in law school, Joanna was the Executive Editor, Student Articles, and a published author in the Loyola Law Journal.
Joanna is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Illinois.
