Dr. Andrea Schwimmbeck is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater LLP, based in its Munich office. She is a member of the Tax Department. Andrea has a particular focus on corporate law and the Health Industry.
Andrea advises companies of all sizes in all areas of corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. She regularly conducts compliance due diligences and evaluates compliance standards with respect to corporate governance structures and in connection with cooperation, marketing and sales arrangements. Prior to joining the Firm, Andrea worked as a public prosecutor.
Andrea studied law at the university of Passau. As a legal trainee, she worked for several international law firms. She received her Dr. jur. from the university of Passau. Andrea is admitted to the German Bar. She is fluent in German, English and French.Education
