Emre N. Ilter is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and government investigations.
During law school, Emre interned with the Virginia Capital Representation Resource Center where he worked on capital post-conviction appeals. He also represented indigent defendants in court as a part of UVA’s Criminal Defense Clinic.
Emre received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.A. in history, with distinction, from the University of Virginia.
Emre is admitted to practice in the state of New York and the District of Columbia.
