Andrew Shanbrom is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Washington D.C. Office. As a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department, Andrew focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate issues.
Before joining McDermott, Andrew served as law clerk to the Honorable Carol E. Smith, Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
Prior to entering the practice of law, Andrew worked for several years in the securities industry as a financial consultant and advisor.
Andrew is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
