Adam Spiegel is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. He is a member of the Corporate Department and concentrates his practice on representing lenders and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, with an emphasis on structuring, negotiating, and documenting secured and unsecured personal-property financing transactions, private equity, mezzanine and venture capital investments, workouts and restructurings, and debtor-in-possession financings
Adam has served as lead counsel on financings in and out of bankruptcy involving a variety of businesses, including retailers, food processors and distributors, gold mines, fast-food restaurants, factors, lumber mills, software developers, and heavy manufacturers.
Adam is a member of the Los Angeles County Commercial Law Committee and the Financial Lawyers Conference, and serves on the advisory board of the Commercial Finance Association Education Foundation.
Adam is admitted to practice in California.
