Brett R. Johnson is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Chicago Office. He is a member of the Firm’s Employee Benefits Department. Brett's practice includes a variety of employee benefits matters related to pension plans, 401(k) plans, cafeteria and welfare plans, and executive compensation.
Brett is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
