Ryan Harding is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Chicago office. He is a member of the Firm’s Private Client Department.
He is active in the Firm’s Estate, Trust and Guardianship Controversy Group, and he also regularly advises clients on complex estate administration and sophisticated wealth transfer planning. In addition, Ryan works closely with the members of the Firm’s Executive Compensation Group.
While in law school, Ryan was the associate editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform.
Ryan is admitted to practice in Illinois and the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the American, Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations.
