Our Telecommunications Group represents a variety of telecommunications and information technology clients on the regulatory, legal and commercial aspects of their business ventures and on compliance with the vast array of rules promulgated by government agencies. We have extensive experience in legal issues involved in new technology and entry into new telecommunications markets, and are able to identify business opportunities created by regulatory changes. A special area of emphasis is representation of clients in broadband markets, both cable and other fixed-line infrastructures as well as wire less networks. Our team is closely integrated in our TMT Practice Group and advised on all issues of content distribution over the internet and broadband infrastructures.
