McDermott Will & Emery represented the purchaser in one of the largest office building transactions in the San Fernando Valley. Keith Pattiz and Thomas Brown advised the Bentley Forbes Group in its purchase of the 21st Century Plaza, totalling approximately 517,000 square feet of office space, which serves as the headquarters of 21st Century Insurance. The acquisition, which closed late last week, was covered in the August 7 issue of the Los Angeles Times.
