London Office Advises Fairfax I.S. PLC
LONDON (18 May 2007) – The international law firm McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP has advised Fairfax I.S. plc as financial adviser and placing agent in connection with the admission of the whole of the issued share capital of Aseana Properties Limited to a secondary listing on to the official List of the Financial Services Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s market for listed securities.
The offer consisted of a placing of 162 million ordinary shares of US $0.05 each at US $1 per share and the issue of up to 88,000 ordinary shares of US $0.05 each at US $1 per share pursuant to completion of the acquisition of the initial portfolio.
