New Corporate Partner Joins London Office
LONDON (30 September 2004) — The international law firm, McDermott Will & Emery, today announced the appointment of Michael McFall as a partner in the London Corporate Department.
Mr. McFall brings with him a wealth of experience having acted on numerous private equity transactions for investors and investees, seed financing to private placement, debt, equity and mezzanine financing, and on a wide range of M&A transactions and commercial contracts. His sector experience includes the education industry and TMT sectors.
David Dalgarno, partner-in-charge of McDermott Will & Emery's London office, said, "We are very much looking forward to Michael joining us.
