London Office Advises MITIE Group PLC on its Acquisition of Initial Security Limited
LONDON (9 March 2006) — The law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP has advised MITIE Group PLC on its acquisition of Rentokil Initial UK’s manned guarding business, Initial Security Limited, for £74.8 million. The deal comprises £59.1 million for the equity of the business and £15.7 million which represents inter-company and other debts.
