Attorneys Recognized For Outstanding Client Service
CHICAGO — Three lawyers from McDermott Will & Emery were recognized in the BTI Client Service All-Star Team for Law Firms, a report recently released by BTI, a management consulting firm based in Boston. BTI surveyed more than 170 general counsel from Fortune 1000 companies on a broad range of issues, including client satisfaction and client service. The report, based on approximately 200 open-ended, unprompted interviews with corporate counsel, identified McDermott Will & Emery partners Paul Hamburger, David Rogers and David Ryder as among those lawyers who provide the best client service. The report lists 78 lawyers from a total of 63 law firms. Only four firms, including McDermott, Will & Emery had more than one lawyer recognized on the Client Service All-Star Team.
"Client recognition like this affirms McDermott’s commitment and dedication to our clients," Paul Hamburger, partner resident in the Washington, D.C. office, commented. "We are very pleased to have such a strong showing in the results."
