Houston Office Continues to Expand with Addition of Energy Counsel

HOUSTON, TX (April 22, 2008) — The Houston office of McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce the addition of Andrew Ralston as counsel in the Firm's Energy and Derivatives Markets Group.  Mr. Ralston represents companies in both the energy industry and petrochemical industry.

Mr. Ralston represents clients in the power and petroleum refining industries.  He represents clients in both U.S. and international transactions including, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, structured energy transactions and financings.  Mr. Ralston's petrochemical experience is focused on representing various petrochemical companies in U.S. and international transactions including, mergers and acquisitions, securities, project development and finance, and long-term strategic agreements. 

Mr. Ralston earned his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law and his B.B.A from the University of Texas at Austin.  He is admitted to practice in Texas and is a member of the Texas Bar Association.
