Warner Named Head of D.C. Trial Practice
WASHINGTON, D.C. - McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that Margaret "Peg" Warner will head the Washington, D.C. office component of the Firm's Trial Department. Ms. Warner is recognized for her work in national, complex business litigation, providing counsel in the areas of trial and appellate practice, strategic trends, and liability evaluation. She has served as lead counsel in numerous reported decisions in more than 25 states.
Ms. Warner serves as trial counsel to clients in matters relating to insurance, reinsurance, environmental liability and electronic commerce. She often represents clients in commercial arbitration proceedings.
The Firm's Washington, D.C. office is comprised of more than 200 lawyers practicing in the areas of litigation, intellectual property, corporate, antitrust, tax, legislative, environmental, telecommunications, international trade, health, employee benefits, occupational safety, and food, agriculture, alcohol and other areas of regulation.
