London Office Advises Panmure Gordon
LONDON (18 May 2007) — The London office of McDermott Will & Emery has advised Panmure Gordon as sponsor, financial adviser and sole book runner in connection with the admission of the whole of the issued share capital of Hilton Food Group plc to the Official List of the Financial Services Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s market for listed securities and in connection with the offer of shares by selling shareholders in Hilton Food Group plc.
The offer consisted of 34.8 million shares at a price of 150 pence per share, implying an offer size of approximately £52.2 million. Hilton Food Group plc is a leading specialised meat-packing business supplying major international food retailers.
