London Office advises Cross Atlantic Technology Fund on the IPO of Brainspark
LONDON (11 April 2000) — McDermott Will & Emery's London office acted for Cross Atlantic Technology Fund LP in connection with the listing of shares in Brainspark plc, the Internet incubator, on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. This is the first of many internet companies in which Cross Atlantic has invested in to come to the market
McDermott also advised Sheryl Daniels-Young in connection with her position as a non-executive director of Brainspark.
