Scott Megregian Named in 40 Under 40 By Global Competition Review
LONDON – The London office of McDermott Will & Emery today announced that the Head of its European Competition group, Scott Megregian, has been identified by Global Competition Review as one of the rising stars of competition. In its research into 40 under 40 published this month Scott was identified among the world’s brightest young antitrust lawyers and economists.
Scott’s experience includes advising clients on EU and U.S. competition law, including merger control law in multiple jurisdictions, and on the structuring of transaction and other commercial arrangements. He has extensive experience practicing before the European Commission, Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice, and his practice also includes counseling, litigation and arbitration, criminal defense and government investigations.
Global Competition Review is the leading international journal of competition policy and regulation. The title combines exclusive interviews with leading competition authority officials, news updates, country surveys and conference reports, as well as unique analysis of competition policy in over 50 countries.
The research was completed just before the end of last year, and consisted of on-line voting and face-to-face research with peers and in-house counsel, conducted in parallel with sister publication, The International Who’s Who of Competition Lawyers and Economists.
