McDermott Advises on the Flotation of WIN PLC on AIM
LONDON (6 October 2004) — The international law firm of McDermott Will & Emery has advised Beaumont Cornish Limited, the nominated adviser, and Arden Partners Limited, the broker, to WIN plc (WIN) which has announced its flotation on AIM.
WIN’s principal business enables UK corporate customers to send and receive text messages, as well as deliver content, such as ring tones and icons, to and from large numbers of mobile phone users.
