London Office Advises Arden Partners on a Placing of Shares by Hat Pin plc, Raising £5.5 Million
LONDON (22 September 2006) — The London office of McDermott Will & Emery advised Arden Partners as nominated advisor on the placing of shares by Hat Pin plc to raise approximately £5.5 million.
The placing consisted of 7.6 million of new ordinary shares at 72 pence per share. The raised capital will be used to part fund the acquisition of Alexander Mann Financial Markets by Hat Pin.
Hat Pin plc, a human resources group operating through the brands of Kendall Tarrant Worldwide and Saxton Bampfylde Hever, will pay a maximum consideration of £7 million in a mixture of cash and shares for Alexander Mann, which is an international executive search business with operations in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.
