McDermott Ranked Among Leading Trademark Firms
WASHINGTON, D.C. (April 5, 2006) — McDermott Will & Emery's Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department was ranked among the leading U.S. firms for trademark prosecution and litigation in Managing Intellectual Property's World IP Survey (March 2006). The results of the survey are based on interviews of hundreds of companies and practitioners worldwide and reveals which firms are rated by their peers for the strength of their expertise and the depth of their ability to service clients.
The rankings were determined from research of more than 500 interviews that were conducted by phone, email and face-to-face of independent specialists covering at total of 64 jurisdictions. Only firms that were rated highly in the research were included in the rankings.
