McDermott Advises the QD group on the Recommended Offer by TMP
LONDON - Top City legal recruitment specialist, QD, has been sold to the global recruitment company, TMP Worldwide Inc.
The acquisition by TMP of some 900,000 plus shares valued at £45.5 million, gives the QD recruitment businesses a global reach and more importantly the opportunity to tap into internet recruitment through TMP's monster.com.
McDermott Will & Emery represented QD.
