McDermott Ranked Again by IP Law & Business as Top ITC Firm
WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 8, 2009) — McDermott Will & Emery LLP has once again been ranked by IP Law & Business as one of the most active firms before the International Trade Commission (ITC). The rankings appeared in the publication's article, "A Gatekeeper's Power Persists; The agency's ability to give fast relief made 2008 another busy year."
