London Office Advises C.E. Unterberg, Towbin LLC on Leadcom Integrated Solutions' Placing AIM to Raise £12 Million
LONDON (7 JUNE 2006) – The law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP has advised C.E. Unterberg, Towbin LLC, as the exclusive U.S. placement agent in connection with Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd’s placing of 19,070,000 new ordinary shares at 63p per share which raised approximately £12 million. The transaction involved C.E. Unterberg, Towbin LLC selling a substantial portion of the deal to US based investors.
Leadcom Integrated Solutions Ltd is an international provider of telecommunications network deployment services.
