McDermott Advises on the £30 Million Equity Fundraising for Development Securities PLC
LONDON (July 29, 2004) — The international law firm of McDermott Will & Emery has advised Collins Stewart (as sponsor) on the £30 million equity fundraising by Development Securities PLC.
Development Securities PLC, the property development and investment company, announced that it intends to raise £30 million by way of a firm placing and a placing and open offer, both fully underwritten by Collins Stewart. Development Securities PLC plan to use the fundraising for opportunities early in the property development cycle.
