London Advises Arbuthnot Securities on Two Separate Flotations on AIM
LONDON (20 December 2005) — The law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP has advised Arbuthnot Securities on two flotations on AIM.
First, McDermott advised Arbuthnot Securities as the nominated adviser and broker to Cosentino Signature Wines plc, which has raised £11.4 million via a placing of 9.1 million new ordinary shares at 125 pence each. Cosentino Signature Wines is a producer of luxury and ultra-premium wine with operations in the Napa Valley and Lodi regions of Northern California.
Secondly, McDermott advised Arbuthnot Securities, as the nominated adviser and broker, on the introduction to AIM of Trakm8 Holdings plc. Trakm8 manufactures, markets and sells some of the world’s leading vehicle telematics products.
