McDermott Advises Collins Stewart on £67.4 Million Acquisition of Hercules Property Services
LONDON (October 12, 2004) —The international law firm of McDermott Will & Emery has acted for Collins Stewart as advisers on its £67.4 million offer on behalf of Erinaceous Group PLC for the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Hercules Property Services.
In addition McDermott advised Collins Stewart as sponsor in connection with Erinaceous' application for admission to the Official List.
Erinaceous Group PLC is a property services organization, offering a range of services related to the insurance, management, maintenance, design and construction of property to clients in both the private and public sectors.
