McDermott Recognized Among the Most Active ITC Practices
WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 19, 2007) — McDermott Will & Emery has been ranked by IP Law & Business as the most active “general practice firm” before the International Trade Commission (ITC) in 2006. In the article “International Savoir Faire” (June 2007) IP Law & Business recognized firms practicing before the ITC. In 2006, McDermott handled seven investigations for clients including Linear Technology, Amgen, Creative Technology and QUALCOMM. McDermott increased its ITC investigations by five cases compared to 2005.
