McDermott Represents GE Capital in Connection with $100 Million Credit Facility to Monrovia Nursery
LOS ANGELES (July 8, 2009) — McDermott Will & Emery LLP represented GE Capital Corporate Finance in connection with a $100 million senior secured credit facility to Monrovia Nursery, one of the nation's largest producers of container grown plants, and its subsidiaries. The loan will be used for the borrowers' working capital needs. GE Capital Markets served as a co-lead arranger for the syndication of this credit facility.
GE Capital Corporate Finance is one of the largest providers of asset-based, cash flow and structured loans and leases for mid-size and large U.S. businesses.
