New York Office Welcomes Corporate Finance Partner
NEW YORK (May 22, 2007) — McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to welcome David L. Mathus as a partner in its New York office. Mr. Mathus focuses his practice on corporate finance, in particular structured finance, private equity and venture capital transactions. He represents leading investment banks, international private equity and venture capital investors, and various private and public companies. He has recently been active in complex cross-border structured transactions for global financial institutions.

Mr. Mathus earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University and his B.A. in economics from the College of William & Mary. He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and Ohio. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the American Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association.
