McDermott Ranked Among Top 100 Trademark Law Firms

(May 10, 2010) — Trademark Insider, the 2009 Annual Report published by Corporation Service Company (May 2010), ranked McDermott Will & Emery LLP 16th among the Year End 2009 Top 100 Trademark Law Firms. In 2009, McDermott filed 503 applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
This outstanding ranking rounds out the Firm’s recent recognition by Managing Intellectual Property’s World IP Survey (February and March 2010) as a leading U.S. intellectual property practice, particularly in the areas Trademark Prosecution and Trademark Contentious work, among others.
