MIAMI (July 30, 2009) — McDermott Will & Emery LLP represented Amerijet International, Inc. in the acquisition of SRX Transcontinental, Inc.
Amerijet is a leader in international cargo transportation, serving North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
SRX Transcontinental, Inc. is a Florida based company that specializes in ground handling operations throughout Central Asia and is the owner of Avialeasing Aviation Company, an Uzbekistan certified airline.
