Takeover of The Range Cooker Company PLC
LONDON - McDermott Will & Emery's London office has been advising Britannia Living Limited and Graphite Capital Management Limited on the £22.28 million recommended cash offer by Altium Capital Limited on behalf of Britannia Living Limited for The Range Cooker Company PLC, an AIM listed company. The Offer is a management buy out supported by a mixture of private equity finance and debt financing.
