McDermott Ranked Among Top 10 Trademark Firms by IP Today
WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 18, 2010) — Intellectual Property Today ranked McDermott Will & Emery LLP among the top 10 trademark firms in the annual Top Trademark Firms survey (May 2010). Firms are ranked according to the number of trademark registrations issued in 2009 where the firm is listed as the legal representative on the registration. In 2009 McDermott registered 557 trademarks, up 12.8 percent over 2008.
