X-Rite Inc. Acquisition of Amazys Holding AG Named International/Cross-Border Deal of the Year
CHICAGO (December 15, 2006) — The acquisition of Amazys Holding AG by X-Rite Inc. was awarded the international / cross-border deal of the year by M&A Advisor magazine for its 5th Annual M&A Advisor Awards. McDermott Will & Emery represented X-Rite, Inc. in its agreement to purchase, through a Swiss public tender offer, all of the outstanding registered shares of Amazys Holding AG.
