McDermott Represents Amerijet International, Inc. in the Acquisition of a Majority Interest in Nations Express, Inc.
MIAMI (July 30, 2009) — McDermott Will & Emery LLP represented Amerijet International, Inc. in connection with the acquisition of a majority interest in Nations Express, Inc., a nationwide express trucking company based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Amerijet is a leader in international cargo transportation, serving North, Central and South America, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
