LONDON - Inflexion plc listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange on 10 April 2000 at 100 pence a share, advised by J. Henry Schroder & Co. Limited ("Schroders"), its nominated adviser and nominated broker. Inflexion’s principal activity is to provide capital, management assistance and other support services to partner companies in Europe. Partner companies are offered access to an international network of affiliated companies which provide them with a complementary range of services, advice and access to contacts to aid their growth. An advisory panel further strengthens the management support offered to partner companies and enhances potential deal flow.
Inflexion, now capitalised at £68.8 million, intends to use the funds in its chosen areas of focus:
- Mobile communications and commerce;
- European based B2B e-commerce; and
- New technology infrastructure.
