New Corporate Partner Joins Washington, D.C. Office
WASHINGTON, D.C. (September 13, 2007) — The Washington, D.C. office of McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to welcome Jason R. Eig as a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department. Mr. Eig’s practice includes advising clients in connection with commercial finance and real estate transactions.
Mr. Eig represents commercial banks and other lending institutions in a variety of commercial lending transactions ranging form unsecured and secured credit facilities to leveraged leases and similar financings. Additionally, he represents borrowers in connection with acquisition financing transactions and unsecured and secured general working capital financings.
Mr. Eig has extensive experience in matters involving the acquisition, development, management, leasing and disposition of improved and unimproved real property. He also concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, including a variety of asset purchase, stock purchase and merger transactions, as well as general corporate counseling.

Mr. Eig earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from Georgetown University. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
