London Corporate Expansion Continues
LONDON — The international law firm of McDermott Will & Emery today announced the appointment of Nicholas Azis, who joins from the London office of Skadden Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. His addition to McDermott Will & Emery’s London office represents another major step forward in the Firm’s expansion of its international corporate practice.
Mr. Azis is an English-qualified corporate lawyer with diversified corporate finance and capital markets experience. He has advised a wide variety of UK and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, flotations, joint ventures, securities offerings and investment funds.
