Mark Pearlstein Honored by the Department of Justice
BOSTON — McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that Mark Pearlstein was awarded the Exceptional Service Award by the United States Department of Justice. This award, the highest presented by the Department, was given to Mr. Pearlstein, along with a team of prosecutors, for their integral role in a health care fraud case which resulted in the largest ever global settlement in the health care industry.
Mr. Pearlstein is a partner in the Trial Department in McDermott Will & Emery's Boston office where he devotes much of his time to economic, regulatory and business criminal matters. Before recently joining McDermott, Mr. Pearlstein served as the First Assistant U.S. Attorney as supervisor of the Civil and Criminal Divisions of the U.S. Attorney's Office.
