London Office Boosts Securitisation and Structured Finance Team With Key Partner Appointment
LONDON (30 July 2007) — International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce the appointment of Kate Lamburn as a partner in the London Securitisation and Structured Finance Group and the hire of two associates in the Firm’s fast growing securitisation and structured finance practice.
Kate joins McDermott from Ashurst in London where she was previously a partner in the Securities and Structured Finance Group and then subsequently the Director of Professional Development for that group. She was previously a partner at the London office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
Kate focuses her practice on cash and synthetic CDOs and other structured debt products. She has significant experience acting for market leading arrangers, trustees and collateral managers.
