McDermott Advises Numis Securities on the Admission of Trading Emissions plc to AIM
LONDON (29 July 2005) — The law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP advised Numis Securities as broker and nominated adviser on admission on AIM of Trading Emissions PLC, raising £135 million. The placing consists of 135 million shares at 100p per ordinary share.
Trading Emissions PLC was incorporated for the purpose of investing in environmental and emissions assets together with certain classes of energy instruments and other associated financial products.
