Mitel Networks Corporation Acquires Inter-Tel Incorporated

NEW YORK (December 5, 2007) — McDermott Will & Emery represented Morgan Stanley Principal Investments, Inc., as an equity investor in Mitel Networks Corporation, a leading provider of unified communications solutions and services for business customers, in connection with Mitel's acquisition of Inter-Tel (Delaware) Incorporated, a full-service provider of business communications solutions.
